Here I present an early 1920s style jacket and jodhpurs combo making for a fetching hunting outfit. The jacket is made of a lovely basket weave wool blend fabric and the jodhpurs are in cotton needlecord. The slanted side pockets and the square breast pocket on the jacket make a nice design detail. The wide belt fastening the military style jacket also makes this rather masculine style a bit more feminine. The corduroy jodhpurs which were so popular for leisure wear are high waisted with vintage button closure at the sides and the legs. The balloon style legs give freedom of movement.

Hey Twenties darling!
This lovely mid- 1920s style dress in black rayon crepe is my homage to the flapper era, echoing the typical tubular, slip-on, drop waist knee-length style with the beautiful contrasting geometric art deco style vintage silk embroidered trim adorning the v-neck, long gathered sleeves and the bodice. The skirt also features the popular wide box side pleats. And tucks at the back of the neck.
Hey flapper girl!
Ah, the 1920s. One of my favourite eras in fashion history. As I rarely get the chance to make dresses of this bygone era, I sometimes take the liberty to use yours truly as the dummy and what better way than this sweet little number to prove it. A late 1920s style flapper dress, something Ms Bow or Ms Brooks could have worn.
Made in navy wool jersey, the skirt has two godets both front and back, giving it a beautiful flared effect. Tucks at shoulders and the neck at the back. The jabot is made of original printed 1920s vintage silk crepe. The collar unites with the ends of gabot that have been inserted in two slashed openings at front of dress creating an interesting crossed effect. The fitted narrow sleeves have small triangular wedges at the wrists in printed silk crepe. The dress can be worn with a without a belt, here adorned by a beautiful diamond shaped original mother of pearl Art Deco buckle. Fastens with snap fasteners at the side.
