Here is one the favourite dresses from my 1930s dress collection, this time in deep red wool crepe (thank you Linton Tweeds) Worth mentioning the beautiful brown oblong bakelite buttons down the collar.

The Clara gets a revamp in black crepe
One of my earliest creations, The Clara, originally made in bottle green crepe, gets a little sister, in black.
With light steel grey silk satin bow and black bakelite button and buckles.
Here comes the bride!
Here’s the lovely bride and my dearest friend, Heidi, on her wedding day, wearing an early- 1960s inspired off-blue lace dress with silk satin lining, made by yours truly.
Details include scalloped boat neckline, hem and sleeves. The three-quarter length sleeves also feature three satin covered button on each ar just below the elbow.
