This lovely early 1940s style wool crepe dress is a prime example of the silhouette of the era with its accentuated padded shoulder line, scalloped style yokes both front and back, and the geometric peaks on the flared skirt. Here I present an early 1930s style navy rayon skirt. It’s geometric asymmetric panels with contrasting sky blue Bakelite buttons in a very Art Deco style make it quite unique. Snap fastening at the side.
Early- mid 1930s style crochet knit fabric jumper and skirt set
This delightful mid- 1930s style jumper had already seen the light of day earlier with butterscotch coloured bakelite buttons, and here revived with rusty red coloured ones and a matching early 1930s style panelled skirt with buttons on the kick pleats down the front and the back, which makes this set perfect for one of those early autumnal strolls.
